4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Obtaining necessary permissions for testing activities
• Implementing recommended security measures
• Maintaining confidentiality of assessment results

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, assessment results, and proprietary data. All team members are bound by non-disclosure agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service engagement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All reports, methodologies, and deliverables remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use these materials for their internal security purposes.

8. Compliance and Legal

All services are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring their systems comply with relevant legal requirements.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice. Upon termination, all confidential information must be returned or destroyed.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Belgium.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
